RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note Lisa Lapointe does not offer exchange of product for change of mind so please shop mindfully.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please advise us via email to orders@lisalapointe.com.au within 2 business days of receipt of the item you have purchased, including the order number and the reasons why you are dissatisfied with the item.

If you have received an item that is not what you ordered, or is faulty you may apply for a refund or exchange, provided Lisa Lapointe is satisfied that an error was made in consignment of the item purchased or that an error has occurred prior to the item being delivered to you.

In the case of returns or exchange where Lisa Lapointe is at fault, Lisa Lapointe will pay the shipping costs for returning the faulty or incorrect item to Lisa Lapointe and for dispatching the replacement item to you. 

When returning items, please be mindful that many of our items are of a fragile nature and must be packed with care. We ask that all prints being returned be rolled in an appropriate sized mailing tube. Lisa Lapointe will not be liable for items broken in return transit due to inappropriate packaging. All items being returned to us remain your property until received by us.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your items are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your account, within 3-5 business days.
