AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING (FREE DELIVERY!)
As all prints on the online store are printed to order please allow (Currently up to 7 days) for your item to be shipped.
All print orders will be charged a flat rate of $20 for shipping within Australia. They will be sent via Australia Post or local Courier.
Original artworks will be charged a flat rate of $100 for shipping within Australia. They will be sent via local Courier.
Once an item has left our studio we will notify you via email with your tracking details.
If you do not receive your order within 7 working days (depending on your location) of your dispatch email, please email orders@lisalapointe.com.au so we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID-19 SOME ORDERS MAY EXPERIENCE UNEXPECTED DELAYS FROM OUR DELIVERY PROVIDERS.
We currently do not offer express post on any items purchased so please be mindful that deliveries may take up to 5+ working days to be received once your parcel has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All print orders will be charged a flat rate of $40 for shipping outside of Australia. We use either Australia Post or DHL COURIERS for international orders. Once an item has left our studio we will notify you via email with your tracking details.
If you do not receive your order within 14 working days (depending on your location) of your dispatch email, please email orders@lisalapointe.com.au so we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.
